Privacy and Data Use

This notice describes the services observed during Science Chronicle’s October 24, 2026 rebuild. It is a factual description of the current configuration, not a claim that every privacy obligation in every jurisdiction has been independently reviewed.

Website operations

The website runs on WordPress hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information to deliver pages, maintain service and protect the website. This can include network addresses, browser information and request logs.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and interactions, including page views and outbound link clicks. Google processes measurement data through its service. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the installed tag configuration. Automatic site-search and form-interaction measurement were disabled at setup. These choices do not mean that analytics is anonymous or that no technical data is processed.

For Google’s practices and available controls, read Google’s Privacy Policy. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may affect collection. Search Console provides search-performance information; it is linked to our Analytics property.

Contact information you submit

If you use the contact form, the information you enter is processed so the website operator can receive and respond to the message. Do not include medical records, financial account information, children’s identifying details, or other sensitive information. Contact-form delivery to the website operator was tested successfully on October 24, 2026. A formal retention schedule has not yet been independently validated.

External sites

Links take you to sites with their own data practices. New editorial articles do not embed third-party videos or reproduce source images. Affiliate relationships and any later sponsored placements are described in our commercial disclosure.

Your questions and choices

Use the contact page for questions about submitted information or to request its correction or deletion. We cannot promise deletion from services we do not control. This notice will need updating if our services or collection choices change.
